Bengaluru · Engineering × Business
Mechanical engineer turned business development lead, helping manufacturers get real value from Autodesk Fusion, PDM/PLM and engineering automation.
I'm Vishwanath Bhat M, Business Development Manager for Fusion & Services at MicroGenesis CADSoft. I'm less interested in selling software that sits on a shelf than in changing how teams design and manage their engineering data.

About
A mechanical engineer who works where technology meets business.
I'm Vishwanath Bhat M, based in Bengaluru. Here's how I got here.
- The shop floor
It started with suppliers and spreadsheets.
At Automotive Axles in Mysuru I worked in sourcing and procurement: costing RFQs, negotiating with suppliers, managing risk on quality, cost and delivery. It taught me how manufacturers actually run.
- 2021
Then I met the software.
I joined MicroGenesis CADSoft, fixing CAD/CAM/CAE problems for customers across India. Soon I was mapping their workflows, running demos and proving the ROI.
- The data
Then I learned that data is the real product.
I designed and rolled out Autodesk PDM/PLM implementations, then became Product Specialist for Fusion and Vault, growing accounts and driving adoption. Autodesk named me a Fusion Sales Titan in FY25 Q3.
- Today
Now I look at the whole picture.
I lead business development for Fusion & Services, helping manufacturers find where CAD, CAM, CAE, PDM/PLM and automation can genuinely change how they build. I care about real adoption, not one-off deals.
